The giant image of an astronaut was curated in 2007 by Adrian Nabi as part of the exhibition “Backjumps – The Live Issue#3” and is now one of the best-known pieces of street art in Berlin.
The artist Victor Ash, also known as “Ash”, painted the mural on the building wall in Oranienstraße. Ash was born in Paris, but lives and works in Copenhagen.
