El Bocho: Eyes of the big city

Loading...

Frankfurt-born illustrator and typographer El Bocho has been spraying, painting and sticking his works of art to Berlin’s walls since 2006. In May 2020, he continued his “Citizens” series on our property on Lasdehner Straße with the colourful portrait “Eyes of the big city”.

When designing the mural, the artist was inspired by Kurt Tucholsky’s poem of the same name, which links the hustle and bustle of city life with the beauty of a brief encounter.
