More than a home

Your own home has a major impact on your well-being, as does the area or neighbourhood in which it is located. The architects who designed the six Estates of Berlin Modernism – UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 2008 – knew this, too. Deutsche Wohnen owns four of them. The 1920s and 1930s estates also serve as useful examples of architecture and urban planning centred on residents’ needs today.
