Whether in Spandau, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Pankow or Marzahn-Hellersdorf – as one of the largest landlords in Berlin, you will find our residential and commercial units in all twelve districts.
The Management Board and Supervisory Board are Deutsche Wohnen’s management committees. The Management Board develops the company’s strategic direction and coordinates this with the Supervisory Board. The Management Board members manage the implementation of the agreed strategy.
We make significant investments in our housing portfolio, actively renovating and maintaining our properties. In doing so, we take into account relevant energy efficiency requirements as well as the quality and durability of the materials used.
Compliance, i.e. adherence to legal provisions and internal guidelines, is an essential basis for integrity. Deutsche Wohnen's compliance management system is designed to ensure that our actions are always in line with these guidelines and applicable law.
